Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FIS-Learn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Sharing account access is prohibited.
Content & Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, code, and assessments, is the intellectual property of FIS-Learn or its instructors. You may access content for personal learning purposes only. Redistributing, copying, or reselling course content is strictly prohibited.
Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
Limitation of Liability
FIS-Learn provides educational content on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or employment results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
